Type a few true facts and get the listing an agent would write for it, every glossy listing line paired with its honest, deadpan truth, plus a front-lawn NOT FOR SALE sign with a rider and a printable listing sheet. https://not-for-sale.skillsafe.ai/ ## What it does - Free, in the browser: splits the facts into one row per line (up to 16 are sent), guesses each fact's slot from keywords in a fixed order (flaw, history, view, neighbours, feature), applies the status rule (fixer-upper with three or more flaws, sold as is with one or two, move-in ready with none), draws the sign with a status sticker, drafts a listing sheet with stock agent phrases for the flaws and your own words as the truth, and decodes listing-speak ("cozy", "full of character", "needs TLC") in any pasted text against a glossary of 48 phrases. - Metered task `list` (one run): for every fact, a slot, a listing line in the chosen voice (glossy, plain or classified) and the plain truth; a headline, a 3-to-5-sentence description, a 2-to-4-word rider for the sign, a closing line on why it is not for sale, and a 3-to-5-row fact box whose values only restate the facts. - The page re-checks every reply: every fact listed once with both lines, the status against the reply's own slots, the length rules, no number your facts do not give, no price, offer, contact detail or "for sale", no property website or brand, and no internal field names in the prose. ## Contract Input (all strings): `task` ("list"), `place`, `kind`, `facts` (numbered lines), `voice`, `presort` (" | " per fact), optional `clip_note`, `retry_note`.
