In the news in October 2026: lawmakers in one US state approved money to buy an iconic waterfall after it turned up for sale on a property website. Some places should never be listed. This page writes the listing anyway - for a place that is not going anywhere.
Not for sale.
Write the listing anyway.
Type a few true facts about a place you love - a bench, a window seat, a first car. Get the listing an agent would write for it, every glossy line paired with the honest truth, a sign for the front lawn and a sheet you can print.
1 The place
2 The front lawn
3 The listing sheet

One run reads every fact like a listing agent: a slot for each, a glossy listing line beside the honest truth, a headline, a short description, the rider for the sign, a closing line and a fact box - in the voice you picked, using only what you typed.
The status follows a fixed order: fixer-upper if three or more facts are flaws; otherwise sold as is if one or two are; otherwise move-in ready.

Listing-speak decoder
Paste any property listing - a real one, or the one above - and see the agent phrases underlined with what they usually mean. A rule of thumb for fun, not a judgement on any particular place.
How the free side works
Each line of your facts becomes one row. A keyword pass guesses its slot in the same order the agent uses: flaw if the line says something is peeling, cracked, rusty, damp, creaky, cold, windy, noisy, cramped, steep, stuck or broken; history if it names a year, an age or someone from before; view for what you can see or hear from it; neighbours for people, animals or places nearby; everything else is a feature. The draft sheet gives every flaw a stock agent phrase and leaves the truth as you typed it. A written reply is checked against all of it: every fact answered once, the status against its own slots, no number your facts do not give, no price, no brand and no "for sale".
Not For Sale is a writing game. Nothing on this page is for sale, priced or valued, and it never names an agency, a property website or a real person.
